The S/4 HANA Connector is the integration content written using standard iDocs. The connector, which assumes a SAP PO (Process Orchestration) 7.5 single stack server in the application stack and can connect to S/4 HANA with or without SAP CAR or POSDM.

S/4 HANA Integration Content can also be licensed in the Annual Subscription mode with 2(two) payment options – annual payment or monthly payment.

In both the options the Software Assurance licenses are included.

One (1) S/4 HANA Integration Content (Subscription License) is required per PI instance.

In subscription licensing, the subscription period is annual while the payment cycle can be monthly or annual paid in advance. For example – if the S/4 HANA Integration Content is licensed in January and the retailer wants to forego the licenses in June, he will in any case be charged till December, after which the licenses will automatically expire. The partner (on behalf of the customer) will cancel the subscription. In such a case, the partner's card will be charged for the remainder of the year. The product licenses will continue to work till the end of the year.

In this mode of licensing, the credit card of the partner will be charged depending whether the payment mode is annual or monthly.

In the monthly payment mode, the Credit Card will not be ‘blocked’ for the annual amount.
