iVend Customer Display - Subscription

License Information

Available only on subscription licensing, iVend Customer Display allows retailers to configure their terminal POS to display custom messages ranging from promotional messages to executing a customer feedback survey.

iVend Customer Display can have any (or all) of the 4 sections:

(i) Idle Screen, which can be used to display different promotions running in the store

(ii) Transaction Information, which displays the transaction as it is happening on the POS. Consider this to be the customer facing view of the transaction screen

(iii) Customer Feedback Capture. This allows retailers to configure a simple survey. For example – to record a customer’s shopping experience

(iv) Customer Details capture where a customer can fill in their contact details for registration purposes.

Videos, images, and flash files can be made to run on the idle screen option whereas feedback can be captured in form of text or images.

iVend Customer Display is ONLY available in the Annual Subscription mode with 2(two) payment options – annual payment or monthly payment.

iVend Customer Display is licensed per iVend Terminal POS and is not available on a iVend Mobile POS

As many iVend Customer Display licenses have to be mandatorily licensed as the number of iVend Terminal POS licenses.

Software Assurance licenses are included in the annual subscription mode.

In subscription licensing, the subscription period is annual while the payment cycle can be monthly or annual paid in advance. For example – if iVend Customer Display is licensed in January and the retailer wants to forego the licenses in June, he will be charged till December, after which the licenses will automatically expire. The partner (on behalf of the customer) will cancel the subscription. In such a case, the partner's card will be charged for the remainder of the year. The product licenses will continue to work till the end of the year.

In this mode of licensing, the credit card of the partner will be charged depending whether the payment mode is annual or monthly.

In the monthly payment mode, the Credit Card will not be ‘blocked’ for the annual amount.
