License Information

Available only on subscription licensing, iVend Optical Retail is an integrated business management solution designed to cater to the unique requirements of Optical Retailers. The solution enables easy management of both prescription and non-prescription sales using comprehensive optical master data management processes.

Based on extensive knowledge of the optical retail industry, the solution incorporates key business attributes of this segment.

iVend Optical Retail is ONLY available in the Annual Subscription mode with 2(two) payment options – annual payment or monthly payment.

iVend Optical Retail is licensed per iVend Terminal POS and is not available on a iVend Mobile POS

As many iVend Optical Retail licenses have to be mandatorily licensed as the number of iVend Terminal POS licenses.

Software Assurance licenses are included in the annual subscription mode.

In subscription licensing, the subscription period is annual while the payment cycle can be monthly or annual paid in advance. For example – if iVend Optical Retail is licensed in January and the retailer wants to forego the licenses in June, he will be charged till December, after which the licenses will automatically expire. The partner (on behalf of the customer) will cancel the subscription. In such a case, the partner's card will be charged for the remainder of the year. The product licenses will continue to work till the end of the year.

In this mode of licensing, the credit card of the partner will be charged depending whether the payment mode is annual or monthly.

In the monthly payment mode, the Credit Card will not be ‘blocked’ for the annual amount.
