iVend Passes are digital passes which allow retailers to send loyalty cards, gift cards and coupons to their customers digitally via emails
On licensing iVend Passes – Enterprise Pack of 1000,000 notifications, the retailer will be able to create 1000,000 digital Passes
once (possibly during setup), not every month.
When the digital Pass is used to redeem points, retailer won't have to make another pass. iVend POS will just send a notification to the customer and update the points.
A Notification is an electronic update of a Pass communicated via e-mail. For example, every time a Loyalty Pass holder uses his Loyalty Pass by scanning on store or online, customer will get a notification via e-mail on his iPhone or Andriod phone with updated balance. Similarly, 1 Gift Card Pass can be issued only once but can be used multiple times and can have multiple notifications.
Enterprise Pack of iVend Passes is available ONLY on Annual Subscription mode with 2(two) payment options – annual payment or monthly payment.
The Enterprise Pack of iVend Passes allows to send 1000,000 email notifications per month.
A customer using Enterprise Pack can push 1000,000 NEW e-mail notifications every month. This means publishing and updating coupons, gift cards or loyalty passes either at their stores (at POS) or eStores (running iVend eCommerce). When the e-mail Notifications exceed 1000,000; they will automatically get another 1000,000 new e-mail Notification credit on their account and start paying more every month as per the pricing of the Enterprise Pack of 1000,000 notifications.

Software Assurance licenses are included in the annual subscription mode.
In subscription licensing, the subscription period is annual while the payment cycle can be monthly or annual paid in advance. For example – if Enterprise Pack of iVend Passes is licensed in January and the retailer wants to forego the licenses in June, he will be charged till December, after which the licenses will automatically expire. The partner (on behalf of the customer) will cancel the subscription. In such a case, the partner's card will be charged for the remainder of the year. The product licenses will continue to work till the end of the year.
In this mode of licensing, the credit card of the partner will be charged depending whether the payment mode is annual or monthly.
In the monthly payment mode, the Credit Card will not be ‘blocked’ for the annual amount.
