The Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Integration (Perpetual License) integrates iVend Retail Management Suite to a Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 installation running on MS SQL. Using the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Integration Connector, a retailer can enjoy the business benefits of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 as an ERP, which include generation of all financial statements like P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, etc.

When licensed in the perpetual mode, Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Integration Connector (Perpetual License) licenses can be used till perpetuity. Software Assurance must be purchased for the first year. After the expiration of Software Assurance, Licensee may renew the Software Assurance on the terms and conditions then applicable.

However to continue receiving upgrades and patches, it is mandatory to license Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Integration Connector (Perpetual License) Software Assurance.

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Integration Connector for MS SQL database is licensed per company database.

The Software Assurance licenses are mandatory for the first year.

One (1) Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Integration Connector is required for every Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Company.

From the second year onwards the retailer has the option NOT to license the Software Assurance. Later, should the retailer decide to opt in for Software Assurance, the retailer will have to pay the Software Assurance Licenses from retrospective effect + Software Assurance Licenses for the current year.

The SA (Software Assurance) cycle will be determined by the first purchase. The SA cycle of all subsequent purchase will be regularized to match the SA cycle of the first purchase.
