License Information

iCharge is a credit card solution for SAP Business One. For all sales transactions generated in SAP Business One, iCharge authorizes and settles payments in real time and integrates them back into SAP Business One.

iCharge processes credit card information between sales transactions in SAP Business One and payment processor service that obtains authorization needed to approve the transaction.

iCharge can also be licensed in the Annual Subscription mode with 2(two) payment options – annual payment or monthly payment.

In both the options the annual upgrade licenses are included.

iCharge is licensed per SAP Business One company database

iCharge allows only one(1) user to carry out Credit Card transactions. Additional users can also be licensed.

Only one(1) payment gateway is included from the list of integrated payment gateways. Additional payment gateways can also be licensed.

In subscription licensing, the subscription period is annual while the payment cycle can be monthly or annual paid in advance. For example – if iCharge is licensed in January and the retailer wants to forego the licenses in June, he will in any case be charged till December, after which the licenses will automatically expire. The partner (on behalf of the customer) will cancel the subscription. In such a case, the partner's card will be charged for the remainder of the year. The product licenses will continue to work till the end of the year.

In this mode of licensing, the credit card of the partner will be charged depending whether the payment mode is annual or monthly.

In the monthly payment mode, the Credit Card will not be ‘blocked’ for the annual amount.
