iMatrix - HANA Perpetual

License Information

iMatrix for SAP HANA is now available for SAP Business One running on SAP HANA database. iMatrix is a product variant management solution for SAP Business One and is designed for companies that sell, manage or procure items that have similar attributes such as size, color or style.

A matrix item structure is identified by a parent item and categorized by child items having similar attributes.

iMatrix for SAP HANA allows only one(1) user to define matrix items. Additional users can also be licensed.

iMatrix is available on both Perpetual and Annual Subscription licensing per SAP Business One company database.

When licensed in the perpetual mode, iMatrix for SAP HANA (Perpetual License) licenses can be used till perpetuity. Software Assurance must be purchased for the first year. After the expiration of Software Assurance, Licensee may renew the Software Assurance on the terms and conditions then applicable.

However to continue receiving upgrades and patches, it is mandatory to license iMatrix for SAP HANA (Perpetual License) Software Assurance.

The Annual Upgrade licenses are mandatory for the first year.

iMatrix is licensed per SAP Business One company database

From the second year onwards the retailer has the option NOT to license the Annual Upgrade licenses. Later, should the retailer decide to opt in for Annual Upgrade Licenses, the retailer will have to pay the Annual Upgrade Licenses from retrospective effect + Annual Upgrade Licenses for the current year.

The Software Assurance cycle will be determined by the first purchase. The Software Assurance cycle of all subsequent purchase will be regularized to match the Software Assurance cycle of the first purchase.
