iMatrix for SAP Business One running on MS SQL database is a product variant management solution for SAP Business One and is designed for companies that sell, manage or procure items that have similar attributes such as size, color or style

A matrix item structure is identified by a parent item and categorized by child items having similar attributes.

iMatrix for SQL database allows only one(1) user to define matrix items. Additional users can also be licensed.

iMatrix is available on both Perpetual and Annual Subscription licensing per SAP Business One company database.

iMatrix for SQL database can also be licensed in the Annual Subscription mode with 2(two) payment options – annual payment or monthly payment.

In both the options the annual upgrade licenses are included.

iMatrix for SQL database allows only one(1) user to define matrix items. Additional users can also be licensed.

In subscription licensing, the subscription period is annual while the payment cycle can be monthly or annual paid in advance. For example – if iMatrix for SQL database is licensed in January and the retailer wants to forego the licenses in June, he will in any case be charged till December, after which the licenses will automatically expire. The partner (on behalf of the customer) will cancel the subscription. In such a case, the partner's card will be charged for the remainder of the year. The product licenses will continue to work till the end of the year.

In this mode of licensing, the credit card of the partner will be charged depending whether the payment mode is annual or monthly.

In the monthly payment mode, the Credit Card will not be ‘blocked’ for the annual amount.
