Software Assurance allows for continuous maintenance of iVend Mobile POS (Perpetual License). It provides access to all upgrades and product enhancements during the SA (Software Assurance) period. It also provides resolution of product defects (of any).

iVend Mobile POS – Software Assurance however, does not provisions for any product support during or after the implementation or commissioning of the solution. For further details, please get in touch with your partner or local CitiXsys representative.

Software Assurance for iVend Mobile POS (Perpetual License) allows the retailer to receive all upgrades and product enhancements during the SA (Software Assurance) period. This is automatically included and will be added to the shopping cart when purchasing the iVend Mobile POS (Perpetual License).

Software Assurance licenses are mandatory for the first year.

From the second year onwards the retailer has the option NOT to license the Software Assurance. Later, should the retailer decide to opt in for Software Assurance, the retailer will have to pay the Software Assurance from retrospective effect + Software Assurance for the current year

The SA (Software Assurance) cycle will be determined by the first purchase. The SA cycle of all subsequent purchase will be regularized to match the SA cycle of the first purchase.

iVend Mobile POS licenses cannot be exchanged with iVend Terminal POS Licenses
